Donna brings decades of experience to the table. Her background includes marketing, public relations and advertising on both the agency and client sides, in health care, education, insurance, skin care, packaged goods and more. She is active in the not-for-profit community, serving in many capacities throughout her career. An excellent listener and motivator, Donna builds trust and confidence with every client. She brings clarity and focus early on in the process.
Donna's career includes marketing at Revlon and Halston Fragrances when it was the number one selling fragrance in America. She worked at The Bloom Agency in Dallas, TX, where she managed the Maybelline account. Donna also managed the HCA account before moving to Richmond, VA, to become vice president, account supervisor, at Earle Palmer Brown. She started her own company in 1994.
At ToMarket, Donna has been able to pursue a unique niche in helping clients achieve their desired results through high impact strategies that often become the cornerstone of their organizations.
She is a trustee of the Richmond Ballet, past chair of The Valentine Richmond History Center and a graduate of the Leadership Metro Richmond Leadership Quest program. She served as president of the Richmond Marketing Association, during which time it won the "Chapter of the Year" award for overall program and management excellence. She chaired the Sexual Assault Center in Nashville, TN, a leading counseling and advocacy group.
Donna is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S. in Psychology.
